Seeing as I am now becoming a blogging superstar I figure I should probably give the update on our lives these days.
Tyler graduated with a degree in Business from Utah State this past spring. He is now currently employed at the hospital in Park City (Park City Medical Center) through IHC. He is over their whole Physical Therapy department and does amazing at his job! It is so fun to get to see all he does at the hospital and get a taste of the hospital atmosphere. (I am a die hard Grey's Anatomy watcher so getting to go behind the scenes at the hosptital is beyond exciting for me!) He is currently working towards his masters degree. He studies like crazy, works 40+ hours a week, keeps our household running and takes time to spend with me all with a happy smiling face and I couldn't be more proud of him!
I graduated from Utah State in December with my Degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Rehabilitation. I am now teaching in the Jordan School District in their Early Intervention program. (A program for the Birth to three population with special needs). I work at a School called Kauri Sue Hamilton and I am absolutely loving it! I get to go into the homes of amazing families to work with their precious kids. I also get to teach a Toddler Class for 2 1/2 to 3 year olds! So cute. I feel so blessed to have such an amazing job that I love!
We are living in Salt Lake doing the house hunting gig. It has been so much fun living close by all of our family. We haven't had the opportunity to live close since we have been married. Being in either Logan or living in Canada we didn't get as much opportunity to spend time with our families as we would have liked. Now we get to see them all the time and are having so much fun with it.
Tyler and I became an Uncle and an Aunt for the first time on the Bailey's side this summer. Our sweet nephew Luke was born in July and we are eating up every opportunity we get to see him! (Even though they moved off to St. George and left us without our nephew..not happy.)
Anyway thats about as exciting as our lives get! Until next time folks...
YAYYYY! You are back in the blogging world. Keep it up and it won't ever be a "chore." Miss you guys!!!
